Q1: What is a nativity play?
Go to carol services. And they decorate their homes and churches with green leaves, paper decorations and colorful electric lights.

Q2: What is a Christmas carol?
They have special songs which they sing during the Christmas season. The songs are known as carols and they are about Jesus and the time when he was born. They were written for a special purpose, often to accompany performances of religious dramas dating from medieval times.

1 Most houses in England will have a tree of some sort or other which they will decorate and will place the presents under.
2 English people send Christmas cards to their friends and family.
3 Santa Claus dressed in green, a sign of the returning spring.
4 A traditional Christmas dinner is roast turkey, brussels sprouts, roast potatoes, cranberry sauce, rich nutty stuffing.
5 Poinsettias are traditional Christmas plants.
